HackFiesta Miami is a week-long virtual hackathon focused on Global Impact, Innovation, and Sustainability. Celebrating Miami's vibrant culture, it brings together global innovators to build technology solutions that create positive change for communities worldwide.
All students worldwide are welcome! University students from ANY institution globally and high school students (16+) can participate. We celebrate diversity and encourage international collaboration from all majors and backgrounds.
No prior experience required! We'll provide comprehensive resources, tutorials, and mentorship to help you understand global challenges and sustainable solutions. Many successful projects come from teams passionate about making a difference, regardless of technical background.
¡Absolutamente gratis! HackFiesta Miami is completely free for all participants. We are committed to making global innovation accessible to everyone, celebrating diversity and inclusion in technology.
HackFiesta embodies Miami's spirit of diversity, innovation, and global connection! We celebrate the city's multicultural energy while focusing on solutions that impact communities worldwide. It's where Miami's vibrant culture meets global problem-solving.
You can register solo or with a team of up to 4 members from anywhere in the world! Our Discord channels facilitate global team formation, and we provide mentorship across different time zones to support international collaboration.
Participants get access to global mentors via Discord, workshops on sustainable technology, social impact frameworks, APIs for global data, comprehensive documentation, and 24/7 international support. We also provide resources on UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Projects are evaluated on global impact potential, innovation, technical implementation, sustainability, scalability, and presentation quality. Our international panel includes experts in social impact, sustainable technology, and global development.
