🛠️ Hackathon Volunteer Process

🔐 Access is granted only to the Gmail address you applied with.
If you're using a different Google account, please switch to the one used on your application form.
  1. Fill out the Volunteer Interest Form.
  2. If accepted, fill out the Volunteer Confirmation & Discord Form.
    Access the form here →

    If your availability changes, simply fill out the form again — we'll consider your latest entry.

  3. After submitting the second form:
    • Join the Discord server and introduce yourself!
    • Send a DM to @codecrunchclub to gain access to the private #hack-volunteers channel.
    • Receive your role: @hackathon-judge, @hackathon-mentor, or @hackathon-speaker.
    • Check the #hack-volunteers channel for updates and announcements.
    • Only those who join Discord will be confirmed.

Additional Note: If you're a Workshop Host, please also complete the Workshop/Speaker Interest Form.

Judging

If a hackathon ends on a Sunday, evaluation will begin the following day.

If you're a Judge, please complete the evaluation sheet within 48 hours of the start date.

Mentorship

Mentorship will be hosted in dedicated Discord voice channels from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST.

Please announce your availability in the hackathon Discord channel (minimum commitment: 4 hours).

Workshop Host / Speaker

Each workshop must be at least 1 hour long.

Certificates will be emailed within 10 business days.

📅 Project submissions close on March 31, 2025 @ 6:15 PM EST.

Evaluation begins on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 @ 11:00 AM EST and ends on Thursday, April 3, 2025 @ 11:00 AM EST.
